DropOffer was founded based on the belief that the answer is always ‘no’ unless you ask. As a premier real estate service, DropOffer allows consumers and agents to find information and drop on offer on any home not currently on the market. Swenson He was their select partner to help define the strategy, conduct a feasibility study and build the web, app and multiple technological integrations required for their disruptive and patent-pending solution.

DropOffer is the nation’s premier real estate service that allows homeowners, homebuyers and agents to expand their search options by allowing users to find off-market inventory and gain access to property information, data-backed home valuations, and the ability to submit offers directly to homeowners with the click of a button.
Making the complex simple
DropOffer needed many integrations and partnerships to create a robust CRM tool, provide real-time home information to agents and buyers, and ensure offers could be triggered and sent to homeowners. These integrations were implemented in a robust and scalable way so that DropOffer could become the nation’s first automated “off-market” real estate-focused platform.
Creating a Seamless Experience
Great care was taken to ensure that all users (buyers, agents, and homeowners) experience the customized, premier, DropOffer experience. To accomplish this Swenson He focused on creating a seamless and simple user experience across the iOS mobile app, web-based seller portal, and agent portal. Through this seamless experience DropOffer disrupted the current market by empowering consumers and agents to easily find their dream house while using a platform backed by industry tools used by top-performing realtors around the country.
Ideating to Realize the Vision
With many integrations robust testing was needed in order to ensure that the platform maintained the desired seamless and easy to use experience for customers. Through vigorous research, testing facilitation, and the development of in-app feedback mechanisms Swenson He was able to analyze feedback and pivot quickly to create a robust application that consumers love.
