Terms and Conditions

Swenson He reserves the right to change or modify any of its policies and guidelines at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.

Swenson He reserves the right to remove charity nominations that do not meet eligibility criteria. The sole discretion of choosing the charity to receive pro-bono mobile development lies with the Swenson He organizers and no inquiries will be entertained regarding the selection criterion.

Nominators acknowledge and agree that any information that is provided by you in the form of email or other submissions to Swenson He are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Swenson He. Swenson He shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these materials for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
