Swenson He worked directly with a Stanford Medicine surgeon to design a next-generation mobile app that would accompany non-surgical as well as pre-op, op and post-op surgical treatments for patients diagnosed with or predisposed to lymphedema, a condition that arises as a result of removing lymph nodes during cancer treatment.
In less than 1 week, Swenson He’s UI/UX designers worked hand in hand with the Jon Lou team to create an intuitive storyboard, detailed wireframes and beautiful concepts for the app. App development is currently in progress but once implemented, the app will be a key component to Jon Lou’s user adoption and retention.
Based on our analysis and planning, there was actually no need to migrate the entire infrastructure; rather, we built a smaller and more targeted component for the Hitch Radio app that significantly increased user retention.
